First Gas water bath heater refurbishment
Project logistics include:
- Disconnect rostered bath heater and remove from the site
- Return to Pace Engineering workshop
- Unbolt flanges and remove internal parts for independent engineering inspection
- Establish refurbishment work scope from Engineers report
- Fabricate new or refurbish parts as required
- Pressure pipe and vessel hydro-test witnessed by an independent inspector
- Re-assemble parts, paint, lag and dry heater coil as required
- Return to the site and reinstate
All work carried out under ASME IX B31.3 code of practice.
