Dusty is a time served Fitter / Welder with more than 20 years industry experience.18 years was spent gaining knowledge in Australia working on a variety of major projects.   In that time, he owned his own business for 10 years employing up to 120 staff. Dusty returned to New Plymouth his home of origin with his wife and family in 2018 when he joined the Pace team.
